The plight of many Christian evangelists in the 10/40 Window remain dire. Today, Christian Post reports that two evangelists survived an attack in India by playing dead last week when Hindu extremists surrounded them and severely beat them. From Christian Post- An organization of over 2,500 Korean American pastors and their congregations expressed disappointment Wednesday over the announcement by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton regarding new sanctions against North Korea, believing that they do not go nearly far enough and can do more harm than good. North Korea’s currency reform, which went into place in November 2009, has had a “disastrous consequence”. Mission News Network reports on this new development.

From Christian Post: “Two churches and a non-governmental organization working with the authorities have effectively stemmed a cholera outbreak in a district of Cambodia. The outbreak was part of a wider epidemic in the North-eastern Ratanakiri province that has resulted in at least 36 deaths since April.” Read more here.

Christian Post reports: At a recent press conference in Washington DC, Michael J. Horowitz, director of Hudson Institute’s Project for Civil Justice Reform and Project for International Religious Liberty, suggested that the fate of North Korea depend on the courage of Korean-Americans, and challenged more than 100 Korean-America Christians on Tuesday at a press conference to speak out for North Koreans.
